Lillie & Capri is owned and run by two mums in Sydney, we have two children each and totally understand you may need us to be available at anytime, please expect us to respond at anytime too! We do attempt to respond within twenty four hours (although we’re usually much faster).


All payments are processed online securely by PayPal, Stripe or Bank Deposit. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from our store and your credit card details are not stored by the site. We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personal information.


All Sales and discounts are valid with an active coupon code only, and are not valid with any other offer. Lillie & Capri reserves the right to apply discounts at their own discretion. If you experience trouble applying a coupon code, please email orders@lillieandcapri.com.au


We offer flat rate $5.95 for standard shipping Australia-wide. We use Parcel Post with Australia Post.

We have an Express post option for $9.95 available, this will ensure fastest possible delivery to metro areas.

Our International customers are welcome to email us at orders@lillieandcapri.com.au to have a customised invoice processed with the best current postage rate.

All items are dispatched from our office within 48 hours of receiving your order, unless your order is placed on a weekend, public holiday or during a peak period. If placed during a sale, or peak periods such as Christmas and Back to School please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped (not including weekends).
You will receive an order confirmation email from Lillie & Capri to confirm that your order has been placed. Please check your Junk Email folder, and if you still can’t find it, please contact us with your order number to check the status of your order. If you are paying by Direct Deposit, please ensure that you have transferred the payment ASAP, as it takes approximately three business days to clear into our bank account, your item will be sent once payment has cleared.

In the event a parcel is re-sent back to us due incorrect address, non collection, or no contact from the customer after the card has been left by Australia Post. A re-delivery fee of $7.60 will be charged to have this item sent back to you.


On receiving your Lillie & Capri product, it should be free from any defects in materials and workmanship. In the unlikely event you feel that you’ve received a damaged product, please contact our office within 7 days of receiving your goods so we can ascertain the damage. All defective items will be replaced at our discretion. We may request you email us photographs of the product prior to sending a replacement.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on any product purchased via our Lillie & Capri website with proof of purchase. Please contact us prior to sending your purchase back to us so we can provide you a ‘returns ID number’. Once this has been supplied simply return your item in the original packaging and we will refund the purchase within 10 business days.  All shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend you return all products using registered post, as without a tracking number we will not be able to track lost parcels.




We take care to ensure that our products are of a high standard of workmanship. Our products are constructed with durable, long-lasting materials to ensure a consistent high level of quality. If you receive an item that does not perform due to a defect in workmanship, we will happily replace the item you have purchased, or offer a refund where the item is no longer available. All our products are covered by a three-month limited warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase.

Our products are designed with children and everyday mess in mind, and will be subject to everyday wear and tear.  This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, standard wear and tear, watermarks, mould, stains, or accidents.

Items damaged through general or extreme use, not used as intended or if the product is outside the warranty time-frame the item/s can be replaced, at the purchasers expense + shipping costs.

If you find your product has a manufacturing fault, please contact our office immediately so we can arrange for the product to be returned to us. All items must be returned at the purchaser’s expense before a replacement/refund is given. Please supply us with your order number and photographs of the fault via our contact form.



Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.
